Topic for unit of work: Natural Disasters
I think i will be focusing on a term unit for a year 6/7 class on natural disasters.
Students will be able to choose one natural disaster to use in detail.
I will try to incorporate applying, analysis and creating in Blooms Taxonomy. Dimension 2 and 4 from Marzano's Dimensions of Learning. Thinking and community with clarity and precision, persisting and questioning and posing problems from Costa and Kallick's 16 habits of the mind
